M: I’m so glad you were able to come to our new house.
W: You really have a very lovely place. Will you please show me around?

W: The house I rent is very large and comfortable. It has all modern facilities, such as hot water supply,  central heating. But the landlord wanted to raise my rent.
M: Did you ask him why?
W: He said it’s because of inflation.
M: If I were you, I would talk to the housing authorities.
