Is it necessary to try every effort to pursue a slim figure? It is a controversial question. Almost the entire society is in favor of losing weight, and it seems to be a common belief that thinness is equal to beauty, for most popular actresses are slim. However, there are still quite a few people who consider losing weight a waste of money and energy and may cause health problems. In my view, we should not follow the trend of losing weight blindly.
