Instead, they are watching the scene amusingly. Obviously, the cartoon above reveals a startling phenomenon that an essential element is lacking in our society: a sense of justice. As a matter of fact, numerous cases similar to the situation above exist to illustrate how serious this problem is. For example, sometimes even when a police officer caught a robber, the robbed would refuse to testify being mugged in court just to avoid possible revenge by the robber. If this situation remains unchanged, people will feel helpless and insecure in case of injustice. To sum up, a sense of justice is one of the most important requirements for a citizen. With a sense of justice, more criminals will be put to punishments. With a heart of justice, more social evils will be eliminated. Thus, a safer and warmer society for everyone to live in.
