How much has Chinese economy increased between April and June?

China says its economy expanded at a rate of 8.9% during the three-month period between July and September. The expansion represented a 1% increase compared to the period between April and June. The Chinese economy grew 6.1% during the first three months of 2009. The total value of goods and services produced in China has risen 7.7% in the first nine months of this year.
