But a lot of college students are indulged in Internet, even the phenomenon of addiction arises, this has produced negative influence for their study and life. Firstly, they pay little attention on their study and their grades decline greatly. Internet’s functions of convenient communication, fast search and visional identity make it easy for college students to lost interest in class scenes and teaching contents, thus desalting their desires for knowledge and senses of responsibility as human beings. Secondly, it does harm to their health. Long time of surfing the Internet results in their eyesight declining rapidly and not high quality of sleep. Also, when they are surfing, their brains are excited for a long time, thus doing damages to their nervous systems. Thirdly, it gives rise to isolation from the society and other mental problems. Spending too much time on the Internet surely will reduce the time when people communicate with each other in reality, thus weakening their interpersonal skills. In my point of view, we should adjust to the society, and strengthen education of good examples. Also, the function of family should not be ignored. Only in that way can we improve it.
