Every company has its heroes. They play a very important role in promoting corporate culture. Rules and regulations are also important to corporate culture because they help reinforce desired behavior, which tell people what they are expected to do for their company and try to guide them along the right path. Corporation need a storyteller, who has been around the organization a long time and has done an outstanding job. He will share some stories with new people.
