Among the courses currently available are English, Japanese, and French. Native speakers in each language will conduct lessons on weekday nights. Mayer says that the academy will allow professionals to learn a language without travelling abroad.
"If everything goes well during the year, I might consider offering Spanish and other European languages. But for now, the academy will continue to focus on its current three languages," Mayer said.
