答案 Recreations As a part of people’s life,recreations are essential to everyone,whatever he does. Recreations can help people to renew their vigor, both physically and morally. Working for hours on some unsolved problems, doing the same thing for a long time,oh,you feel bored. The ways of recreations are various. For some people, how to gain enjoyment is based on his fondness, his character, his educational degree and his culture, etc. You can have one hour on physical exercises in your daily schedule; find fifteen minutes or more for reading everyday, full of pleasure; or play some intellectual games, from which you can benefit. Certainly, you can also go outside for a leisured walking in the evening; have an enjoyable outing in a weekend; prepare a joyful trip when you have much free time; or arrange an exploration in those uncivilized, mysterious forests and deserts, if you like adventure. Perhaps, emphasis should not be put on the specific matter we do. The most important thing is that we feel contented,relaxed,and amused in doing it. Everyone must admit that people can work more effectively through sufficient reasonable recreations. But on the other hand, over recreations may cause some disadvantages. For example, some people lose their responsibilities or selfdisciplines in the luxurious amusements, and some people fall in the entertainment so deeply that they can’t control themselves. Therefore, how to get enjoyments is not a question as easy as many people think.
