Instead, they stay up all night and sleep during daytime. Many students are obsessed with online games and TV entertainment show, on which they spend a lot of time in the night. Besides, they have bad eating habits, for them nutritious meals have been replaced by junk food and fast food. Moreover, it is sports that really build a strong physical body, but they are absent from students’ lifestyles. Most of them seldom participate in sports.
