问题    Today is my first day in the office. My new employer explains the duties of the job to me. As part of my secretarial duties, I study the filing system. There is no central filing system here. Each department has a separate system. My department does not have a file clerk. I do my own filing. There are many file cabinets. Here is one they call general correspondence at the beginning of the file which is an index. The general correspondence file contains all the letters my company receives and carbon copies of all the letters my company sends out. Each customer folder has a note on it for cross-reference. If the customer is new and does not have a folder, we place the letter in a miscellaneous(混杂的)file.
As a secretary, she has to deal with the file herself because ______ in her department.
