IKEA is working with BoKlok UK to be part of a revolution in housing in the UK. (26)BoKlok means "live smart" and is a project to provide affordable homes to people on average incomes. It aims to build small communities of BoKlok housing with at least 12 flats, 6 in each block.

Prefabs offer home-buyers modern, quality homes which are designed by architects and are often very environmentally efficient.
