(2) For example, many primary and middle schools in remote western areas are short of adequate facilities and teachers. (4) Several factors account for the hindrance to the rural education. Governmental investment into the rural education should be increased and allotted fairly. Teachers’ teaching methods should be improved and people’s education awareness raised.
