Honesty can make us gain the trust of others. Trust is the base for us to communicate with others and help each other. And then we can make progress together. Third, honesty can make us have a realistic approach and a practical and realistic style of work. We will benefit from it. In a word, honesty is vital in our whole life. It should be our basic attitude to the world. Of course, it pays to be honest, but it is for sure worthwhile because we will certainly get more than what we pay.
