As part of our 10th anniversary celebration, we are giving new members the chance to try out any of our fitness classes for free. If you sign up for membership anytime between June 1 and June 15, you will be eligible for one free session of the class of your choice. I went to my complimentary class last Tuesday, June 20 and found the exercises to be enjoyable and extremely relaxing. Your instructor Melinda Yale was also very professional and accommodating.
