答案 How to Survive the Depressing Days? As our life is not short of bad moments, we are not immune to bad feelings. Be it a severed relationship or a rough day, we invariably feel down and depressed. In face of melancholy, people will choose to cope with hard feelings in their own manners. Some will eat or drink their way out. For example, a chocolate pie or a binge drinking is usually an option for someone who just got dumped. Some others will distract their attentions by turning themselves into workaholics to avoid the reminiscence of old times. To ease our depression, I think we should adopt a "cognition-action" method. To start with, it is important to allow ourselves to feel depressed. The ability to recognize the depression helps reconcile with it. Do not feel guilty because you are not feeling happy. Otherwise, a vicious cycle may be on the run. Given this understanding, we can do things that would cheer us up, such as having our favorite food, taking an exotic tour or watching a comedy. With this two-step method, we are bound to survive those depressing times.
