答案 Changes in the Student Enrollment Status The table shows that from 1991 to 1995, the enrollment number of part-time students in Johnson Community Institute increased steadily although there was a slight decrease in 1995. The percentage had a similar tendency. As for the full-time students, the case is quite different. The number of the students enrolled, as shown in the table, decreased steadily from 1991 to 1994, though there was an increase of 67 in 1995 compared with that in 1994. Why does the number of part-time students rise so rapidly? In my opinion, first, part-time students can earn money while they study. Second，part-time students would not feel too difficult in theft studies, because they always choose less courses than full-time students do. Last, while studying at institute the part-time students have more chances to do other things they are interested in. Therefore, many young people prefer to be part-time students at institute.
