In our life, we frequently find that some people are quite popular with their classmates or colleagues due to their enthusiasm and optimism. Undoubtedly a person who is ready to help others and bring joy to others is always welcomed. Maybe they cannot really help us, but their willing ness to offer help and their optimistic attitudes towards life move us to such an extent that we are pleased to be in con tact with them. So taking an optimistic attitude to life is in dispensable to any good relations. Being broad-minded is also essential to good relations. Suppose a person is unable to tolerate others, then how can he gain popularity? If we do know how Io put up with others’ shortcomings and how to appreciate others, we may find that it is by no means difficult to deal with personal relations.
