W Well, we understand it might be difficult to arrange—Seattle is a long way from New York—but for us, the sooner the better. So look at your schedule, and figure out which dates work best for you, then e-mail me your preference. We’ll make the flight and hotel arrangements for you.
M Okay. I think the earliest I could go would be in 2 weeks, but I’ll call again tomorrow and let you know for certain.
