Free choosing of lecturers may bring the students many advantages, such as encouraging students to take an active part in classes and putting more pressure on lecturers to improve their teaching quality. Nevertheless, it also brings along the terrible fact that some top lecturers will be ignored if they are not able to please the students. To conclude, further attention should be paid to this matter.
