What is being announced?

The first item on the agenda for today concerns the company’s new travel policy. There are two major policy changes. The first of these relates to overseas expenses. You will no longer be issued traveler’s checks for international trips. Instead, you will soon be given company credit cards for use at automated banking machines. Secondly, you will now stay only at company-approved hotels when you travel abroad. A comprehensive list of these hotels is included in the folder you received as you came in for work this morning.
