The major consequence of teenage smoking is the harmful impact on health. As is known to all, smoking is the major cause of lung cancer and many other respiratory diseases. Once developed, the smoking habit is addictive and hard to get rid of. In addition to this, we should be aware that the lung is a delicate organ. When it is impaired, it is hardly reversible. In conclusion, teenagers should be warned about the health hazard caused by smoking and they shall not develop the habit of smoking simply because it is "cool" or "awesome". What is really awesome is a healthy life.
