As part of our 10th anniversary celebration, we are giving new members the chance to try out any of our fitness classes for free. I went to my complimentary class last Tuesday, June 20 and found the exercises to be enjoyable and extremely relaxing. Your instructor Melinda Yale was also very professional and accommodating.
