M: That sounds great. I’m a junior student now. Next year I would have to write a thesis so as to graduate. The Academic Writing course is definitely the best choice for me. Can you tell me what days the classes are on?
W: For Academic Writing course?
M: Yep.
W: There are two classes each week, from July 1st to July 30th. One is on Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and the other is on Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
M: I would be available then. How do I apply? And what is the application deadline?
W: Well, we can send you an application and you can send it back to us by regular mail. Another choice is that you fill out the online application at our website. No matter which way you choose, please make sure you submit the application before this Friday, April, 22nd. So you’d better make the decision earlier.
