I received your e-mail this morning regarding the Great Homes Fair at Benton Trade Hall from August 20 to 22. I appreciate your interest, and I hope my reply will provide you with sufficient information.
The facility is located in downtown Seattle. As the largest real estate fair in the Northwest, the event attracts more than 300 property developers, broker firms, and financial companies every year. Real estate firms will sell various properties, ranging from residential apartments and office spaces to industrial facilities. Last year more than 12,000 people attended the event, and a grand total of 720 buildings, homes, and properties were sold.
