答案 Enjoy Break Time Outdoors Nowadays, it is common to see students remain seated in the classroom during the break time. They neither rush out of the classroom nor join in team games. When asked why they stay indoors after class, many complain that teachers usually lengthen their teaching time, so that they have no enough time to relax outdoors. Others say lack of colorful and varied activities discourages them from going outside. The phenomenon is really worrying and deserves our concern. First, being inactive, students are likely to become overweight. And obesity usually leads to health problems. Second, if students stay in the classroom all the time, they cannot breathe in enough fresh air. Consequently, their brain cannot work efficiently and they cannot listen attentively in class. It is clear that students should be encouraged to enjoy their break time outdoors, walking and chatting in the sunshine. Meanwhile, school authorities are supposed to provide more sports facilities for students to take exercise. Through combined efforts students are sure to change their inactive lifestyle at school and stay energetic.
