It is true that a friend in need is a friend indeed. A friend in need will share with us not only our joys but also our sorrows. He will warn us against danger in life. And when we meet with difficulties, he will show us concerns rather than a cold shoulder. When we are in need, he will always extend to us a hand without hesitation. I think the most important principle in making friends is that the friendship should be set up with mutual understanding and trust. Friends should be kind, generous and honest to each other. If you smile at someone, you are sure to get from him a smile as a return, aren’t you?
