M: Hello, is Jane available? Can I speak to her?
W: Jane’s speaking. Who’s calling please?

W: Oh, I almost forgot. Thank you so much for calling to remind me of that. Actually, I do need to change the time of my appointment.(4)I have a scheduling conflict and I can’t make it that early.
M: What about I putting you at a later spot? Would that work out?
W: It has to be after lunch. Do you have anything available about 2 o’clock p. m. ?
M: Sorry, madam, the only opening we have after lunch is 1: 15, but I might be able to work you in after 3. Would that be a better time?
W: That’s alright. I think I should be able to make it at 1: 15. Can you put me down for that time slot?
