M: Good morning, Natasha. Did you know that this copier is continuously flashing the icon which indicates it is out of toner? It’s been doing this for some time.
W: I know. I heard that our company changed toner suppliers a month ago, but the office manager wasn’t informed. She didn’t place an order until the day before yesterday, so the toner is supposed to be delivered this afternoon.
M: What a relief! Actually, I have a presentation at an executive meeting tomorrow morning, and the handouts have to be ready by today.
W: Just in case, how about making copies at the printing shop across the street? It provides printing and delivery services, so all you have to do is send them the files by e-mail. Just make sure to keep the receipt to get reimbursed.
