(3) Government may be threatened with national security. Companies may lose opportunities to develop new projects. And the confidence of the public and the users will be damaged. (4) Then how to handle this issue? Technology is only a partial solution to information security. What’s more important is that organizations and companies should enhance the awareness on information security of their staff. (5) However, since no system can ever be perfectly secure, a prevention-only approach to information security management is not enough. (6) Companies and organizations should adopt a double-approach to information security management by combing prevention and detection techniques.
