答案 I choose topic A — what is important when negotiating with the clients. For my part, there are three points that I want to discuss. At first, the basic information should be mastered. The necessary and accurate information is the good foundation of the negotiation. Only when we know the exact situation and the problem, can we put forward excellent solution. Then, there will be a better chance for us to solve the problem easily. Next, mastering negotiation skills is another necessary point. When we know about the basic information, how to communication with the clients comes to a very important item. We should adapt proper negotiation skills with good attitude, and think about the problem in clients’ side not only the company’s So negotiation skills are the lubricant for the whole negotiation. At last , the place of negotiation is supposed to be considered. You and your clients need enough space to communicate with each other , so a quiet and private place should be chosen for negotiantion, such as a separate room and coffee shop. Good environment could provide the client with a good mood to negotiate. I choose topic B — what is important when deciding to buy a business magazine regularly. With regard for this topic, I have three ideas. Firstly, content is the basic element. Contents are the first thing to consider under this circumstance. People certainly look at what’s in a magazine when they decide to buy it for the first time. The quality of a magazine mainly depends on its contents. Secondly, cost is an important element for decision. I think the cost of a magazine will stir enthusiastic response from the market. If the cost is relatively lower than that of the same category, readers usually prefer the cheaper one. Finally, printing quality is a practical element. Printing quality is the appearance of a magazine. Copperplate printing is widely applied to high-grade magazines, since using low cost plain paper could downgrade their image.
