问题     You have bought a brand-new computer in a dealer’s office. But much to your disappointment, it could not be normally operated when you got it back. Write a letter to the manager,
    1) launching your complaints,
    2) specifying its troubles,
    3) and proposing solutions.

答案Dear Sir or Madam, I must write this letter to you, trying to complain about the computer I bought in your store yesterday afternoon. There’s something wrong with it. That makes me extremely annoyed. The computer could not be properly shut down when I got it back home. However hard I tried to click the shutdown button, the machine gave no response. And I feel awfully distressed. It’s obvious that you didn’t carefully examine the machine before you sold it to me.
