W: Quite a few, unfortunately. One relates to your employee by the name of Josh Bergen. He has been told on numerous occasions that we no longer offer reimbursement for lunches.
M: I’m sorry. I’ll talk to him again. Was everything else okay with his travel expense claim?
W: No. He also stayed at a hotel that was not on our preapproved list, so he cannot be reimbursed for it. The only money he’ll get back is for travel.
