答案 My Approach to Personal Success It is generally acknowledged that a successful person should make greater contributions to social progress and the well beings. However, a successful person also means his personal happiness in return, at least, in most cases. Though I am inexperienced in fighting for future as a young man, I know first of all I must study and work hard. Working hard means overcoming difficulties and learning to be more creative and original in achieving what the others can’t or fail to. By doing so, I think, first of all, we should have a definite life goal. Secondly, we must always check our plans and work steadfastly towards the goal. Thirdly,we accumulate knowledge and skills to make ourselves competent in our working posts. And, the last of all, is to have a team work spirit in getting along with our colleagues, which is surely the key to our future success in life.
