We are contacting you following your successful application for the recently advertised position here at Pinecone Care. Please see the information below to determine which documentation you are required to provide for pre-employment checks:
For Clinical Staff (with direct patient contact)
You are required to provide one document from Group 1 and two further documents from Group 2.
At least one document should show your current address.
For Clerical Staff (without direct patient contact)
You are required to provide two documents from Group 1. At least one document should show your current address.
Group 1 a. A current and valid passport
       b. A current driver’s license
       c. A birth certificate issued within 12 months of birth
Group 2 a. A mortgage certificate
       b. A bank or building society statement from the past three months
       c. A credit card statement
There are a number of ways in which you can provide these documents. Please let us know which option you wish to select:
a. Mail the documents by special delivery
b. Scan the documents and e-mail them to us (we will need to see the original documents on your first day of work)
c. Bring the documents in to the HR Department
d. Send the documents by fax

Thank you for your e-mail regarding the documentation I am required to provide before starting work. I can provide my passport and a credit card statement; however, I do not have a recent bank statement, nor do I have a mortgage certificate as I am currently in rented accommodations. Would it be possible to provide a copy of my tenancy agreement instead? Or could I print a copy of my bank statement from my online account? I would like to select option C as the method by which I will provide my documentation.
