M: Three parts? Could you explain the three separate parts? Do you think which part is the most important one?
W: Actually, The first part, sorting, is the hardest to get people to do. (23)Most people don’t like to take the time to separate their trash. And this is usually where most recycling programs fail. M: After the trash is sorted, what else should we do?
