For those in charge of personal information of cell phone users, some of them can not resist the temptation to make profit simply by disclosing information to those law breakers. To solve this problem, people should act together. Firstly, the government should set up laws to punish both senders and those who disclose information. Secondly, cell phone users should never make responses to spam message. Finally, researchers should develop software to help delete that rubbish automatically. With the joint efforts, the problem of spam message will definitely be solved some day.
