It is true to our company, too. Therefore, I want to make a proposal on how to improve our customer service. First of all, our company should strengthen the customer relations department and improve our ways of handling customers’ complaints. Many cases from large and small companies have proved repeatedly that goodwill towards all customers will reap tangible rewards in the form of increased profits for business. We should expend more resources including time, effort and money on dealing with customers’ complaints and demands, study their needs and treat them as if they were members of our own families. Secondly, we should improve our after-sale service as well, which is directly linked with the increase of sales volume and sales income. What is more important, good after-sale service plays a decisive role in keeping our old customers and attracting new ones. That’s why we should train our employees to serve the customers better and try their best to satisfy customers’ needs and demands. Last but not the least, I suggest that our company adopt the policy of "The customer is always right". Only in this way can we do our best to help our company increase sales and profits and maintain sustainable development, as long as we keep our old customers and always attract new ones.
