Dear colleagues,
As the number of our employees has grown significantly, we are planning to make a few changes to our company newsletter. As of this February, we are going to include information about our employees in every issue. We are planning to add a two-page announcement section in our newsletter. Therefore, all of our employees are encouraged to send anything such as personal achievements and volunteer service in their communities. If you have won an award, or completed your research paper, it would be wonderful to put it in the newsletter.
In addition, if you or your coworkers will have a family event such as a wedding ceremony, a housewarming party, and if you are involved with one-time events like a charity concert or more frequent events like volunteering in local orphanages, please email me with your name and department and a description of accomplishments in 50 words or less.
Please refer to the following list of the deadlines.

Any submissions that are received after the deadline will be published in the following issue. Should you have any questions, please contact me at any time.

I am sorry for sending this to you a bit late. I was busy finishing my monthly report. The Underhill department store is currently accepting donations of gently used clothes for its annual used clothing sale that will be held on May 20th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. I will be coordinating volunteer activity to organize the used clothes the night before. We tend to receive large boxes full of clothes, and they must be sorted into several different categories so that customers can easily find whatever type of clothes they look for during the sale. It is a lot of work, so we could use a lot of help. Most of the proceeds from this sale will benefit 5 orphanages in our community.
