答案 Nowadays, an urgent social problem confronting us is over-urbanization. Land acquisition and urban expansion can be seen in almost all cities in China. The data show that Britain has spent 120 years to increase the urbanization rate from 20% to 40% , while China only 22 years. Undeniably, this over-urbanization totally departs from the principle of gradual improvement, beyond the track of normal urbanization development. Accordingly, such over-urbanization has brought about a series of social contradictions and problems, mainly in the following several aspects. From the perspective of urban area, many a city faces a train of "urban diseases" , such as population explosion, traffic congestion and ecological environment deterioration, in that large numbers of rural population flood into cities, considerably exceeding the urban bearing capacity. From the perspective of rural area, over-urbanization gives rise to a new social problem that a growing number of farmers are confronted with subsistence and reemployment due to loss of their survival land. Personally, real urbanization is not to transfer fields into cement and change grass into sculpture, but to create a better life for everyone. Obviously, this do-harm-to-today and overdraw-the-future urbanization deviates from the original intention. Therefore, it is high time that we took some effective measures to prevent the over-urbanization and boost the urbanization process reasonably.
