答案 High Charge of Medical Service In the first part of the picture, a man walking out of a hospital is asking a middle-aged man walking in, "What’s wrong?" He answers, "A headache." In the second part, an elderly lady asks the same middle-aged man the same question, "What’s wrong?" He replies, "Heartache," holding a medical bill in hand, which says, "A common cold; cost: 888 RMB." This picture apparently intends to draw its readers’ attention to the exorbitant prices for medical treatment in today’s China. It also implies that many Chinese people could not afford to get sick. As far as I can see, medical care reforms should be launched to solve this problem.
