答案 Job interview is of great importance in winning a job. It provides an excellent opportunity for a job applicant to meet directly with his future employer, to demonstrate his ability, and to persuade the employer that he is the very person who suits the job most. Unfortunately, not everyone knows how to make a sound preparation for a job interview. Some applicants come to the job interview without much preparation and apparently have no idea about what they are going to say in the interview, while some are too nervous to express what they want to say. There are some elements that play important roles in job interviews. In the first place, tidy appearance and appropriate manner help to make a good first-impression. Also, self-confidence, and rich knowledge about the applied job are necessary for an applicant to show that he is qualified for the job and capable of overcoming the difficulties that might appear in the job. At last, honesty is the most important quality that the applicant should have because nobody wants to work with a person that cannot be trusted.
