National lawmakers in Ukraine have demanded that President Leane Castrok leave office because of the agreement he reached Friday with Russia. Under the accord, [23D] Ukraine’s nuclear warheads will be transferred to Russia for dismantling and ensure that the Black Sea Fleet will come under Russian control. National lawmakers say that the deal is a betrayal of Ukraine’s interest. The issue will be put to parliament which will rectify the accord.
