No wonder that psychological experts have suggested that modern people take a hobby to cure the stress. What’ s more, hobbies can help people deal with stress from interpersonal relationship which is also a big problem for modern people. For one thing, the same hobbies bring people closer, as is well-acknowledged. More friends usually mean more listeners. For another, the pleasure people get from hobbies is helpful to make them ignore the inevitable stress from contacting mean people. When Winston Churchill talked about his hobby, painting, he said, "To be really happy and really safe, one ought to have at least two or three hobbies. " I am sure his hobby must have helped him through numerous stresses. So as I said, hobbies are the best way of reducing stress.
