Seriously text neck, as in all that bending over phones and tablets(平板电脑)playing computer games, causing muscles in the neck, shoulders, and even arms and hands to become strained. True, 140 students is a pretty small sample. But the study can have【B6】______ implications. And doctors have been advising people to avoid text neck by not bending over their devices. Instead, try tucking(收拢)your【B7】______ into your side and holding the device up by your chest.
And, of course, it’s important to【B8】______ from staring into your smart phone’s bottomless【B9】______ playground. There’s even a text neck app that 【B10】______ you when you’re bending over your device and reminds you to straighten up.
