答案
Practical Skills Are More Important Than Certificates People hold the belief that in today’ s job market it is more important to command practical skills than to get theoretical knowledge, and maybe there is no need for formal qualifications in the future. I can’ t agree with the statement more. From my point of view, theoretical knowledge does not necessarily prove one’s ability. It is not the paper qualifications but the ability to do the job well that really matters. The job applicants with high certificate will be eliminated some day if they don’ t improve their capacity continually. A research shows that the strong hands-on abilities attained at school are more likely to help them get higher earnings in later years. In Germany, students are expected to involve in working world to contact skills needed for future employment. To conclude, we should focus on improving our capability rather than getting a certificate of no practical value in job market.
