The number of students who actually graduate【C17】______college has increased as well. In 2012, an average of 39 percent of students in OECD nations【C18】______college, up from 20 percent in 1995. Since college dropouts【C19】______the U. S. economy billions of dollars every year, an international increase in graduation【C20】______is good news for the entire planet.
