答案 A Letter of Apology Dear Professor, I want to convey my apology for the late submission of my final thesis. And I will be very grateful if you are kind enough to listen to my explanation. I do want to hand in my thesis on time. However, the situation did not allow me to do this. I was knocked down by a car on Jianshe Road in the middle of June and my right hand and leg were seriously injured. The ligaments were torn and required medical attention.
