Rent is due every month on the 15th unless the 15th falls on a weekend. In that case, it’ll be collected the following Monday. If your rent payment is late, you’ll be required to pay an additional $20 for every day that it’s late. All rent checks should be made payable to Golden Apartments and submitted to the managerial department in the main building. More detailed information will also be included in your housing contract. Once you sign the housing contract, you’ll be required to pay the first and last month’s rent before moving into your apartment.
