答案
Should Private Cars Be Encouraged in China As China develops technically and economically, the use of private cars becomes widespread. There is no complete agreement among people as to whether we should encourage private cars in China or not. Some people say that it is reasonable to encourage more private cars. First of all, private cars offer convenience. If people have more private cars, they are not forced to rely on public transport, which is often crowded and slow, especially during the rush hour. Moreover, private cars offer mobility. They can get people around more easily. Long distances can be covered rapidly and pleasantly. However, others argue that too many private cars bring problems. First, with more private cars, the air in the city is becoming worse and worse. It threatens the people’s health. Furthermore, private cars bring about more traffic accidents which kill and injure a large number of people. Personally, I think the use of private cars should be well controlled. We ought to find a safer means of transport which will bring joy and comfort rather than injury and death.
