答案 Benefits of Studying Abroad Nowadays studying abroad has come into a fashion. Each year thousands of students and scholars fly to foreign countries. Many people are keen on going abroad, especially to America, Canada, Australia, and Japan. Thus the numbers of people who take GRE, TOFEL, IELTS are also on the increase. Attending schools abroad has a lot of benefits. At the beginning, many foreign universities can offer better study conditions and have more advanced teaching equipments, so we can learn much more advanced knowledge of science and technology. Moreover, students who study abroad have the chance to get in touch with people from various countries; hence they can serve as mediators between peoples of different cultures so as to promote international understanding. Last but not least important, international vision has become a basic requirement for career building and studying abroad can certainly contribute to it. However, studying abroad also present some disadvantages. Living cost is so high that many students can’t put all the heart into study. In spite of this, the advantages overweigh disadvantages. So it is recommendable to study abroad but the most important is that we should make contribution to our motherland after we finish our study.
